* Vietnam regulatory on Climate change

Vietnam government has issued regulations and policies to respond to climate change and aim for Net Zero by 2050, such as Decree No.06/2022/ND-CP regulating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer; Decision No.13/2024/QD-TTg promulgating the list of sectors and facilities emitting greenhouse gases that must conduct greenhouse gas inventories and Circular No.01/2022/TT-BTNMT detailing the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection on responding to climate change, etc.
